Ideal choice for strolling around in Blue Ash with great value for the money. The staff at the front desk was very helpful about my cable issue during my eight-night stay. Make sure to ask for breakfast items early to avoid limited options.

Our stay here was pleasant, especially since we visited for the Cincy Open tennis tournament. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable for our family. Additionally, we really enjoyed the pool, a great place to relax after our busy days. The breakfast options were decent, fueling us for our adventures. Good for families but at a cost

The hotel was clean, nicely stocked, and the staff were friendly, especially during breakfast where I saw smiles all around-from the cooks to the front desk. Free parking was a huge plus too, can't overlook that.

I enjoyed my time here with my family. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Breakfast had decent options, with eggs and sausage that kept us fueled for the day. The location offered easy access to tasty nearby restaurants. However, a few things could improve. The room had a noisy fan that kept waking me up at night. We also faced issues with the side doors not being locked, which felt unsafe. Although the staff was friendly, I had to ask multiple times for towels at the pool area. Overall, a decent stay but with some hiccups that could be addressed.

The room was large and super clean, way before check-in. Staff were super friendly, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. I did have some trouble getting my digital key to work, though, and had to resort to plastic cards. Also, the wifi was pretty weak until I paid for the premium service. Guess you get what you pay for.
